Terms of Service

These terms apply when you download or use Flecto. By installing Flecto you agree to them. Flecto is operated by an individual developer. Contact: info@myflecto.com.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Flecto on Windows. The free plan includes 10 conversions every week, restored in full seven days after you start using it. Flecto Pro removes that weekly limit.

Flecto Pro subscription

Flecto Pro costs $39.99 USD per year, plus any taxes shown at checkout. It renews each year until you cancel. A Pro licence can be active on up to 2 PCs at one time. Orders are processed by our payment provider Paddle.com, who is the merchant of record and also applies its own buyer terms.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or share your licence, or use Flecto to process files you have no right to convert. You are responsible for the files you convert.

Your files

You keep all rights to your files. Flecto processes them on your PC and saves results as new files. Keep backups of important data.

No warranty

Flecto is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that every conversion will be error-free or that results will suit a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Flecto in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use Flecto after a change means you accept it.
